By using bladehub.com, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

BladeHub provides sharpening and related maintenance services through mobile routes in its Florida service area and mail-in service where offered. Results vary based on tool condition, prior sharpening history, wear, corrosion, misuse, or manufacturing variance. Minor cosmetic changes may occur as part of normal service.

2. Payments

Payment is due upon completion for mobile service or prior to shipment for mail-in orders unless otherwise stated in writing. Returned payments, disputes, or chargebacks may result in additional fees.

3. Mail-in shipping

Customers are responsible for packaging tools securely and following kit instructions. Once a package is tendered to a carrier, delays, loss, or damage are the carrier’s responsibility. We will assist with claim documentation when applicable.

4. Repairs and parts

Sharpening may reveal pre-existing defects or damage. If a tool cannot be serviced safely, we may return it unserviced.

5. Satisfaction

If a sharpened tool does not perform as expected, contact BladeHub within seven days of delivery or return. We will inspect it and, when the issue is caused by BladeHub's sharpening workmanship, correct the sharpening with no additional labor charge. This workmanship promise does not cover pre-existing damage, worn or replacement parts, misuse, or carrier damage. Shipping charges may apply. Refunds are not guaranteed after labor is performed.

6. Mobile appointments

Appointments may require rescheduling because of route efficiency, weather, or operating conditions. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may incur a trip or rescheduling fee.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BladeHub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product at issue.

8. Governing law

Florida law governs these Terms. Venue is Lee County, Florida, unless required otherwise.
