BladeHub mail-in kit guide

Pack it. Ship it. Track it.

Use this guide every time you send routine sharpening through your BladeHub kit.

KIT GUIDE

Follow the route

Pack and ship your kit.

Move through each checkpoint in order. Use the included water-activated paper tape—never gift-wrap, Scotch, or masking tape as the main seal.

Start here
01

Choose your tools

Send only the shears and blades you want serviced.

02

Use the slots

Place every tool in its dedicated protective insert slot.

03

Close the kit

Everything should fit naturally without forcing the lid.

04

Wet and apply the tape

Moisten the adhesive side of the included paper tape, seal every open seam, and press firmly.

05

Cover the old label

Place the new label over the old one so no other label, address, or barcode remains visible.

06

Ship with proof

Hand USPS packages to a clerk when possible and keep the receipt.

Fit and minimums

Know your kit.

SmallUp to 3 shears$50 per shipment
MediumUp to 5 shears + 10 blades$88 per shipment
LargeUp to 9 shears + 10 blades$144 per shipment

Mixed orders are fine. Shears and blades both count toward the minimum; shear discounts depend only on the number of shears sent.
