What am I buying?

Your initial purchase covers the reusable protective kit shipping to you. Sharpening is billed separately after your tools are received and serviced.

How do kit minimums work?

Each shipment sent through the kit system has a minimum sharpening order: Small $50, Medium $88, and Large $144. Shears, clipper blades, and mixed orders all count toward the minimum.

Do I pay shipping every time?

You pay shipping when the first kit is sent to you. Qualifying repeat orders return with a fresh kit and prepaid label for next time.

How do shear discounts work?

Shear pricing is based on the number of shears in the shipment: 2–3 are $25 each, 4–7 are $22 each, and 8 or more are $18 each. Blades count toward the kit minimum but do not change the shear quantity price..

How do I choose the right kit?

Choose the kit that fits your normal tool rotation: Small holds up to 3 shears, Medium holds up to 6 shears and 9 blades, and Large holds up to 9 shears and 9 blades.

When do I pay for sharpening?

After Bladehub receives and services your tools, you receive a secure payment link. Your completed order ships after payment.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After your shipment arrives, Bladehub sends a secure tracking link so you can follow its progress through sharpening, payment, and return shipping.

How long does sharpening take?

Most routine orders are completed within 1–3 business days after arrival. Larger orders, repairs, holidays, and shipping delays may take longer.

Can I use my own box instead?

Yes. Use your own box for oversized or one-time shipments. You pay shipping to Bladehub, and return shipping is added to your invoice. Own-box orders are not part of the prepaid repeat-kit system.
