Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Bladehub LLC (“Bladehub,” “we,” “us”) sells sharpening kits, accessories, and select tools through our online shop and provides sharpening services (mobile + mail-in).
1) Retail Product Returns (Shop orders)
Return window
We accept returns on eligible retail products within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify, items must be:
Unused
in original packaging
in resalable condition
Non-returnable / Final sale items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
Shears / scissors (all sales final)
Used items of any kind
Custom, personalized, or special-order items
Plastic-containing products (fragile components). These items are sold as-is with no warranty and are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges / refunds
Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit (your choice).
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error (wrong item or confirmed defect on arrival). Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
2) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order number, and
clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review and, if approved, provide a replacement or other resolution.

Orders typically ship within 2 business days.
Where we ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Carrier responsibility
Once a package is tendered to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the carrier’s responsibility. We will assist with claim documentation when applicable.
4) Sharpening Services (Mobile + Mail-In Labor)
Sharpening is a service, not a retail product. Once labor is performed, it is generally non-refundable.
Satisfaction policy (service)
If you believe there is a performance issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your tools back. We may, at our discretion:
re-check, adjust, or re-service the tool.
Refunds are not guaranteed after labor has been performed.
