By using bladehub.com, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.
1) Services
Bladehub provides sharpening and related maintenance services via:
mobile routes (Florida service area), and
mail-in service (where offered).
Results vary based on tool condition, prior sharpening history, wear, corrosion, misuse, or manufacturing variance. Minor cosmetic changes may occur as part of normal service.
2) Payments
Payment is due upon completion for mobile service or prior to shipment for mail-in orders unless otherwise stated in writing. Returned payments, disputes, or chargebacks may result in additional fees.
3) Mail-in Shipping
Customers are responsible for packaging tools securely and following kit instructions. Once a package is tendered to a carrier, delays, loss, or damage are the carrier’s responsibility (we will assist with claim documentation when applicable).
4) Repairs & Parts
Sharpening may reveal pre-existing defects or damage. If a tool cannot be serviced safely, we may return it unserviced.
5) Satisfaction
If you report a performance issue within 7 days of delivery/return, we may re-check and adjust at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed after labor is performed.
6) Appointments (Mobile)
Appointments may require rescheduling due to routing efficiency, weather, or operational constraints. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations/reschedules. Missed appointments may incur a trip or rescheduling fee.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bladehub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product at issue.
8) Governing Law
Florida law governs these Terms. Venue: Lee County, Florida, unless required otherwise.
