Welcome to Bladehub LLC, doing business as Bladehub and Pro Grooming Tools (“Bladehub,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting service, using our website, purchasing a kit, or sending tools for sharpening or repair, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Bladehub provides professional sharpening, shear repair, clipper-blade repair, knife sharpening, tool maintenance, and related services via:
• Mobile service routes within our Florida service area, and
• Nationwide mail-in sharpening kits.
We strive for consistent, professional results. Sharpening and repair may reveal pre-existing wear or manufacturer defects. Minor changes in blade geometry, ride line finish, or aesthetic appearance may occur depending on tool condition or prior sharpening history.
Payment is due upon completion of service for mobile appointments, or prior to shipment for mail-in orders.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Returned payments, disputes, or chargebacks may result in service fees.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging tools when returning them with a prepaid label. Instructions are included in every kit.
Bladehub is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once an item has been tendered to a shipping carrier. Kits include basic carrier insurance; additional insurance can be purchased upon request.
If a kit is damaged or lost, a replacement can be provided. The customer covers shipping for replacement kits.
Customers pay shipping once when the initial kit is delivered. After that:
• Shipping to Bladehub (with prepaid label) is free
• Shipping back to the customer is free
• A fresh empty kit + prepaid label is included with every completed order
Shipping remains free so long as the Bladehub kit and label system is used.
By sending your tools to Bladehub, you authorize us to:
Sharpen your tools at the published per-tool rate:
• $25 per tool (Small Kit)
• $22 per tool (Medium Kit)
• $18 per tool (Large Kit)
Perform any repairs necessary to return your tools to safe, proper working condition, billed at one of the following tiers:
• Basic Repair — $5
Minor tip bending, bumper replacement, set/tension correction.
• Standard Repair — $10
Ride line re-establishment, modest blade damage, fixing minor misuse issues.
• Comprehensive Repair — $15
Major correction work, deep ride line restoration, correcting severe angle issues, undoing damage from improper sharpening.
Charge for replacement parts only when required:
• Bumpers, screws, springs, specialty hardware
• We never charge for washers or minor consumables
To maintain fast turnaround times, Bladehub does not wait for approval before performing required repairs.
Repairs are capped at $15 per tool unless the tool requires extraordinary work or replacement parts. In such rare cases, the customer will be contacted before proceeding.
Bladehub is not liable for:
• Pre-existing cracks, chips, corrosion, or damaged metallurgy
• Changes in geometry needed to correct improper angles
• Damage caused by prior sharpeners or misuse
• Damage caused after tools are returned to the customer
• Performance issues caused by lack of maintenance
If a tool cannot be serviced safely, we will return it unsharpened at no charge.
If you experience performance issues within 7 days of receiving your tools, contact us for evaluation.
We may re-sharpen, adjust, or service the tool at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed after labor has been performed.
Appointments are confirmed via text or email.
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments may incur a trip or rescheduling fee.
All trademarks, graphics, text, logos, videos, images, and digital content are the property of Bladehub LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bladehub LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:
• loss of income
• loss of profits
• loss of data
• business interruption
Bladehub’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Lee County, Florida unless otherwise required.
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive:
• Appointment confirmations
• Service updates
• Sharpening completion notices
• Shipping notifications
Marketing communications are only sent with express consent.
Reply STOP to opt out. Message/data rates may apply.
If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality.
We may terminate accounts that violate policies or misuse systems.
All online purchases are processed through secure PCI-compliant systems (e.g., Shopify).
We do not store full card numbers.
Retail product return policies may differ from sharpening service policies and are listed on relevant product pages.
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Services

Service times, availability, and pricing vary by location or promotion. We strive for exceptional results, but sharpening can slightly change blade geometry or finish depending on prior wear or manufacturing variance.
2. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service or before shipment for mail-in orders unless otherwise stated in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, digital payment apps, and Shopify checkout.
Returned payments or chargebacks may incur service or collection fees.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
3. Mail-In & Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for packaging tools securely.
Bladehub is not liable for loss or damage caused by carrier mishandling once items are shipped to or from us.
If tools arrive damaged, we will contact you before proceeding.
Completed orders are returned using the shipping service selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided.
4. Tool Liability
We treat every item with care. However, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing defects, cracks, rust, or poor manufacturer metallurgy.
Normal wear revealed after sharpening.
Failure of a tool due to improper maintenance or misuse after service.
If an item cannot be safely serviced, we will notify you and, if possible, return it unsharpened.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you experience performance issues within 7 days of service, contact us for evaluation.
We may re-sharpen or adjust the tool at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed once labor has been performed.
6. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are confirmed by text or email.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Missed appointments may incur a trip or rescheduling fee.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, names, photos, videos, and written materials under Bladehub LLC or Pro Grooming Tools are our exclusive property and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bladehub LLC and its affiliates, employees, or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of income, profits, or data) arising from use of our services or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Lee County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Communications & SMS Consent
By providing your phone number, email, or mailing address, you agree that Bladehub LLC and Pro Grooming Tools may contact you via email, text message, or phone for appointment confirmations, service updates, completion or pickup notifications, and customer satisfaction follow-ups.
Optional marketing or promotional messages may also be sent by email or text only with your express consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages, texting HELP for assistance, or clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email.
Marketing communications will never be sent without prior consent captured through our forms or checkout process.
11. Website Use & Accounts
If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse our systems.
12. Online Purchases & Products
Shopify and other payment processors manage all online transactions using secure, PCI-compliant systems.
We do not store full credit-card numbers on our servers.
Digital receipts are sent via email or text.
Return and warranty policies for retail products are posted on the checkout page or product listing and may differ from service guarantees
